Services

Social Impact Assessment (SIA)

It is a research process that allows us to identify and manage social changes that arise from the implementation of public or private projects in various contexts.
Our methodological work starts with the approach to the communities directly involved, the location and establishment of dialogue with local stakeholders, in order to know the diversity of opinions and positions regarding the project. This tool allows us to make a diagnosis of the social space, the location of possible risks, their mitigation, and jointly, the decision making oriented to the positioning of the client and its operation.

Conflict negotiation strategies

It is a process of dialogue and conciliation between the parties involved that enables the understanding, approval, construction and operation of infrastructure projects.
The diversity of perceptions and interests surrounding any project, and the social and environmental impacts it entails, make it necessary to create effective communication channels between the actors or interest groups. Our methodology is based on a win-win negotiation framework, with which we seek to maximize the benefits of human interactions, through constant accompaniment, development of assertive communication plans and conciliation and flexibility programs.

Community development projects

It is the response to social problems through a set of articulated activities that seek to transform a particular situation of a group or community, in specific times and spaces.
Our work method is centered on the elaboration of diagnoses in which the population is involved to identify needs that require attention. Together we design, execute, monitor and evaluate the results taking into account the objectives to be followed. The closing of the intervention is carried out by means of socialization that allows us to identify areas of opportunity for future projects.

Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA)

It is a technical research process focused on the evaluation of possible impacts and significant risks on the environment, derived from infrastructure works.
Our work is interdisciplinary, based on field and reliable sources of information for the identification and interpretation of possible effects. We elaborate and follow up on Environmental Impact Statements, environmental management plans or programs, with the objective of proposing actions that make possible the prevention, mitigation and restoration of environmental damages, in the different stages of the project.

Sustainability Strategies

They are the result of the integral analysis of factors inside and outside the company or organization, oriented towards its economic prosperity over time, under a rational and efficient use of natural resources and preserving positive socio-cultural relations.
Our techniques and work methods are based on the mapping of strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats to design and execute plans, processes and programs from a sustainable perspective and taking into account the vision and mission of the company.

Land-use change

This refers to the transformation of the original vegetation cover to other uses or the degradation of the quality of the flora, altering the density and composition of species present.
Agricultural and livestock expansion and infrastructure works are constantly increasing, causing the loss of biodiversity and environmental services. Our service is focused on the elaboration, management and follow-up of the technical justification study before competent environmental authorities, prioritizing the incidence it will have on renewable natural resources (soil, water, air), background and capacity of soil use, flora and fauna.

Business ethnography

As part of market research, business ethnography is a method and approach focused on ethnographic observation.
In the business sector, this tool allows the real knowledge of the customer, through consumption habits and the way in which he/she interacts with a certain product. In the public sector, it helps governments to assess the functionality of social programs or policies, based on what the beneficiaries think and do, in order to correct or land the projects in an efficient way.

Operational risk analysis

This is a tool that helps identify operational losses as a result of human error, inadequate internal processes or external factors.
Risks are present in all the company’s operations, so, based on our methodology, we seek to identify them, analyze them according to their impact and manage them, by means of an internal control process that establishes the actions to be taken to mitigate them and maximize profits.
